Moving cargo is complex. Shippers, carriers, and logistics coordinators must all stay synchronized. When communication breaks down, deliveries fail. Hello Hotshot eliminates information silos by connecting every stakeholder, so critical details are never missed. Until your cargo is safely where it needs to be, we treat it as an individual project.

We consider the following factors when quoting projects (not in any particular order): mileage, cargo, complexity, origin and destination locations, routes, fuel prices, market rates, and, most importantly, carrier compensation.

Every project is assigned a dedicated 'Hello Hotshot Copilot'. This is a single point of contact that shippers, receivers, and carriers interface with until the project is complete. If there are any issues before, during, or after your project is complete, your copilot will work with you until the matter is resolved.

Traditional freight brokers live on the margin. Their sole objective is to extract as much money as they can from shippers and relinquish as little as they can to the carriers. Conversely, shippers and carriers share one common goal: undamaged cargo, delivered on-time. How often is your broker nowhere to be found when problems arise?

While conventional brokers chase high-volume, long-haul freight, we focus exclusively on cargo under 15k lbs—giving overlooked shippers the dedicated service they deserve.

Hello Hotshot has folded all aspects of freight trafficking under the same umbrella. We vet carriers thoroughly. We facilitate communication. We track carriers and relay location information directly. And we collect from our shippers and pay our carriers quickly.

$2.00 per mile minimum—anything less makes it impossible for carriers to earn a living wage. Carriers always see exactly what shippers pay. We don't haggle over rates, but if we've underpriced a lane, we're open to discussion.

Get paid directly from Hello Hotshot within 48 hours of project completion. Once we receive confirmation from the receiver that a project is complete, we issue payment electronically: ACH, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, etc.
